– 15 DB (50/35) or KB (53/35) Squat Cleans
– 40 Double Unders
– 20 Abmat Sit-ups
– 10 DB (50/35) or KB (53/35) Squat Cleans
– 20 Double Unders
– 10 Abmat Sit-ups
– 5 DB (50/35) or KB (53/35) Squat Cleans
**DB or KB Squat cleans is 2 DB or 2 KB (one in each hand)
