A. Every two minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets) of:
– 1 Push Jerk + 2 Split Jerks
**pause for 3 seconds in receiving of both split jerks
**Same weight as last week

B. Helen: 3 rounds for time of:
– 400m Run
– 21 KettleBell Swings (53/35)
– 12 Pull-Ups

C. 4 x 250m Row Sprint
**1:1 work/rest ratio. If you have to share a rower, maximum 2 min rest.
