– 3 Power Clean
B. Every 90 seconds for 6 min:
– 3 Squat Clean
C. EMOM 4:
– Clean Pulls x 3 reps

D. 10 Min or less to build to 1 Rep Heavy Back Squat

E. Every 2 min for 16 minutes (4 sets of each):
Station 1 – 6 Back Squat 72-77% (2-4% heavier than last week)
Station 2 – 30 sec ME Double-Unders
