WOD for 10/30


Four sets of:
– 3x3x3x3 Back Squat Clusters (Comp 5x5x5x5)
**Rest 30 seconds between clusters of 3 reps**
**Rest 3 minutes between sets**
*Use the same weight for all sets; choose the heaviest load you believe you can keep for the entire volume

B. Every 6 minutes, for 24 minutes (4 sets):
– 40/30 Cal Row (Comp Bike)
– 20 Pul Ups (Comp C2B)
– 10 HandStand Push Up (Comp Strict Deficit to 4″/2″)

Olympic Lifts
