Station 1 – 10 Box Jump (24/20), 5 Pull Ups
Station 2 – 10 Burpees, 5 Ground to OH (115/80)(comp 165/115)
Station 3 – 15 Cal Row, 10 Slam Ball (AHAP)
**3 min at station 1, 1 min rest, 3 min at station 2, 1 min rest, 3 minutes at station 3, 1 min rest and repeat
