A. Every 90 Seconds for 7.5 Minutes
– 3 Hang Squat Clean @ 70% – from mid thigh
B. Every 90 Seconds for 9 Minutes – Front Squat
**Scale where necessary. Weight of WB, do 2 rounds instead of 1 straight through, lower total reps, etc. This is a lot of TTB reps so be careful of hands, do smaller sets/shorter rests. If hands become an issue switch to V ups.
