A. Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes
– Set 1-2 – 2 reps @ 60% and @ 70%
– Set 3-8 – 1 rep @ 75, 80, 85, 90, 90+, 90+

B. Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 sets), perform the following for individual times:
– Run 400m (Comp Row 500m)
– 15 Hang Squat Cleans (95/65) (Comp 135/95)
– 20 Pull Ups (Comp C2B)
