A. AMRAP 7 minutes:
– 7 Handstand Push-Ups
– 7 Front Squats (95/65)
– 7 Toes to Bar

B. 4 x 4 Minutes to complete (2 minute rest between rounds)
– 400m Run
– As Many Unbroken Pull Ups as possible then
– As many Push Press as possible (115/85)
