A. EMOM 10 – Front Squat
– Set 1 – 3 – 2 reps @ 60%, 65%, and 70%
– Set 4 – 10 – 1 Rep @75, 80, 85, 85-90, 90+, 90+, 90+

B. 12 Minutes to build to a HEAVY Clean and Jerk

C. Two rounds for individual times of:
– Run 800m (Comp Row 1500/1200m)
– 30 Pull Ups (Comp C2B)
Rest until the running clock reaches 10 (Comp 12:00) then complete round 2
