A. 3×15 Atlas stone Bear Hug Squats (95/70) (145/95)
– Feel free to use slam balls or Kbs if you want, just hug whatever you use, don’t hold it in front like a goblet squat
 
B. 4 Rounds for time:
– 5 Ring MU (scale to 7 Pull ups/7 bench dips)
– 10 Power Cleans (115/80) (165/115)
– 25 Wallballs (20/14)
 
C. If time doesn’t allow do after class outside:
– 6x20m Prowler Push
We only have 2, so chose a weight and then add weight each round
