WOD for 10/12

A. Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets) of:
– 2 Push Jerks + 2 Split Jerks
**pause for 3 seconds in receiving of both split jerks

B. Back Squat
– 3×5
**Looking to approach this as more of a skill session than a strength session. Athletes may build in weight over the three sets, but not necessarily working to a 5 rep max back squat while working on proper mechanics.

C. 2 Rounds for time:
– 400 Meter Run
– 30 Thrusters (65/45)
**Looking for a weight on the thrusters that athletes could complete 30+ repetitions unbroken when fresh. The goal is to complete each set with one break maximum
