The workout for 10/11

Strength/Skill:
Hang Squat Snatch
– 3 x 7 @ 50% BW
– 2 Min rest between rounds

WOD:
Barbara – 5 Rounds for time: 
– 20 Pullups
– 30 Pushups
– 40 Situps
– 50 Air Squats

*Rest 3 Mins between rounds.  Each round scored separately. Do not include rest in total time.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Saturday
– HotSauce is competing at CF Lodo Open. Head on over to cheer him on!!!!
– 10-11am Free Class
– 11am-1pm Open Gym

Sunday
– 10-noon Open Gym
