A. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:
– 2 Snatch Pulls + 2 Hang Snatches + 2 Squat Snatches

B. Four sets of:
– 30 seconds of Ring Dips
*Rest 30 seconds
– 30 seconds of Pull Ups (Comp Strict C2B)
*Rest 30 seconds
– 30 second HS Hold (Comp Max distance HS Walk)
*Rest 30 seconds

C. Four sets of:
– 500m Row (Max Effort)
