B. 12 min to find 2RM Front Squat
 
C. 5 Rounds for Time:
– 10 unbroken Push Press (95/65) (COMP 135/95)
– 10 Unbroken Back Rack Reverse Lunges
– 10 Unbroken Dead Lifts
*Each round must be completed as 30 unbroken reps, rest as little as possible between rounds
