3 Hang Power Snatch + 2 Squat Snatch (40% BW)

WOD:
2 Rounds for time:
– 100 Double Unders
– 20 OHS (40% BW)
– 100 Double Unders
– 20 OHS (40% BW)
– 50 Situps

Post WOD:
EMOM 10 Minutes:
– 5+1 Strict Pull ups
– (every minute, one additional rep is added)
