Olympic Lifting Program
CrossFit Omnia features a formal USAW Olympic weightlifting and strength program available to all members. The program is based on 3 separate 4-week macrocycles constituting a full 12 week program repeated throughout the year. Athletes new to lifting or experienced can participate and will participate in the program best designed for your goals and level of experience. 1 rep maxes for all basic lifts will be determined prior to entrance and it is a percentage based program scaling up and down as necessary throughout the 12 weeks. Attendance of at least 3 days/week is mandatory.
